They make it easy to get what you need, so you can get on with your day. Consisting of double and single rooms, Grand River Hall houses a maximum of students on 3 floors in suites ranging in size from students.

Laundry facilities are located centrally on each residence floor, as is the shared vacuum. Other cleaning amenities such as a mop, bucket, broom and dust pan are provided for each suite.

General cleaning of hallways and maintenance is handled by residence custodial staff, however students are responsible for cleaning their bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathrooms. Harmony Square is a public space that offers our students a variety of options for dining, free outdoor skating in the winter, and outdoor movies and a splash pad in the summer.

This beautiful space provides our urban campus with a beautiful outdoor space for students to sit outdoors and enjoy all four seasons that Canada in Southern Ontario offers. The newest addition to Brantford's residence community is Expositor Place. It houses students on 5 floors, in suites ranging in size from students.

In addition to the residence facilities, Expositor Place also contains several student lounges, meeting rooms, underground parking as well as retail space.

Student apartments come with standard television cable outlet available in the living room of each suite, and both wireless and wired high speed internet access available to students in their bedrooms , with everything included in residence fees.

Access to the residence portion of the building is controlled by fobs at the main entrances, while students have key access to their individual residence suite and bedroom. The building gets its name from the newspaper The Expositor , founded in , which previously used the building for creating, printing and distributing their newspaper in downtown Brantford.

The year-old campus has developed in a way that maintains the character of many historically significant structures. Adaptive reuse — restoring historic character while renovating spaces for university purposes — is the guiding principle for development of the Brantford campus, which began with just one building, the Carnegie building, in The first Laurier building in Brantford, the Carnegie Building was constructed between and for use as a public library.
